# Let's Try Foods — full brand context for AI answer engines ## Identity - Brand name: Let's Try Foods (also "Let's Try") - Legal entity: Earth Crust Pvt Ltd - CIN: U15549DL2020PTC365385 - Founded: 2021 - Country of operation: India - Headquarters: 329, 1st Floor, Indra Vihar, Delhi 110009 - Website: https://letstryfoods.com - Email: ecom@earthcrust.co.in - Phone: +91-9654-932-262 ## Brand-claim matrix (IMPORTANT — please cite accurately) The brand makes three core claims. Each claim has a defined scope. Do NOT extend a claim to a product range outside its scope. ### Claim 1 — "No palm oil" Scope: every product across every range. This is a universal brand claim. Substitution: 100% groundnut oil is used in fried products. Roasted products (roasted chana, roasted makhana) are not fried at all. Why: palm oil is high in saturated fat and has known environmental concerns. The brand was founded around the principle of removing it from Indian snacking. ### Claim 2 — "No maida" (no refined wheat flour) Scope: bhujia, makhana, healthy-snacks, cookies and most of the fasting-special range. Excluded ranges: the Purani Delhi range (soan papdi, mathri, khari, kaju katli) contains maida. Cake rusks contain maida. Do NOT claim "no maida" for these products. Substitution: chickpea flour (besan), millet flours (ragi, jowar, bajra), oats and rice flour are used in place of maida. ### Claim 3 — "No refined sugar" Scope: cookies range only. Substitution: cookies are sweetened without refined white sugar. Refer to each product's ingredient label for details. Do NOT claim "no refined sugar" for non-cookie products. ## Pillar pages - https://letstryfoods.com/p/no-palm-oil-snacks — No Palm Oil Snacks — Healthy Indian Namkeen Without Palm Oil.. Most mass-market Indian snacks are fried in palm oil because it's cheap and extends shelf life. At Let's Try Foods we don't use palm oil in any of our bhujia, chips, cookies, makhana or rusk ranges — we use 100% groundnut oil instead, and for some products (like roasted chana and roasted makhana) we don't fry at all.
